Interview with Valda Sarty, Owner
Give us a little background on your business?
I opened my first business, Crescent Street Station, in Wenatchee in 1997. Three years later I expanded the building and rebranded the business to be Elements Salon and Spa. My business is unique in that we employ a team base d management system. This means our employees receive a salary, medical benefits, paid vacation and paid education. We always book to the clients’ convenience and hold our employees to impeccable standards. We really want our clients to feel comfortable in Elements.
In 2004 I opened Refuel, a spa only location, which specializes in wellness and anti-aging. A few months later I opened Elements University, a state licensed cosmetologist school.
What issues were you having before working with Clear Focus?
Before Clear Focus, our computer situation was frustrating, expensive, and highly inconvenient. Now, with Clear Focus it is so much easier to get business done. Our systems are running smoothly and my staff is so much more productive. I have nothing but good things to say about Clear Focus. I love not having surprises in my budget. Everyone at Clear Focus has been extremely nice and accommodating. I have nothing but praise for the job they do.
Company morale for the people that book our appointments is up because the computers are working, and productivity is up.
What was the biggest reason you chose Clear Focus?
I chose Clear Focus because they handle ALL of our computers needs. I nearly cried when I heard about the concept of CompleteCare. I don’t want to worry about new hardware or new software to buy; that’s not my job. My job is running my company. If I have a computer issue, the technicians can usually just fix it remotely, or they’ll have somebody at my office in 30 minutes. The service has been amazing. I feel like I’ve been rescued from my computer nightmare. I just couldn’t be more thrilled!
